Okay, I didn't finish the socks last night. Or this morning. Why? Well, Blogger let me switch to Beta (or New Blogger, since I guess it's out of Beta testing) and it took me all day to figure out how to get my highly customized template formatting to work. I was mostly successful, and the few tweaks that need to be finished can wait until after Christmas. At least, that's what I keep trying to convince myself - although I get really addicted to all of this formatting stuff.
In any case, I did manage to get another project off the needles. DON'T CLICK THE PICTURE IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO WILL BE RECEIVING A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FROM ME!!!Everyone else, please click the gold package to see what just came off the needles.
Four days to go, and here's how the list is looking.

No rest for the weary. I'm off to cast on another pair of Fetchings.

My goodness, what a fast knitter you are. I bet you will finish in time. Thanks for the nice comment about Mel.
When you finish your list, will you help me with mine? I just finished Bronte's sock, and I am going to bed! I love your mom's socks--what a great color!
You are cranking out the Christmas knitting! Such beautiful wrapping paper for beautiful socks too. I think you're going to make it!
Non-knitting content - how do you like the Beta version of blogger, and I have the same wrapping paper in the background of the socks! That was a huge roll, if I remember correctly, so we used it for years!
Great mitts and "present" Karen! :) I haven't switched to Beta yet - don't want my OCD to kick in right now - I would never sleep if it messed up my template and I just KNOW it will!
Happy Knitting sweetie :)
Excellent job! You'll make it!! Those Fetching mitts are the perfect quick but beautiful Christmas knit!
You've been knitting up a storm, that's for sure! ;) What a yummy present this is, I adore the colours! Fantastic work, as usual!
Have a very Merry Christmas, and all the very best to you and Pea!
Now THOSE look like my size! Good luck with the rest of your gifty knitting and have a Merry Merry Christmas!!
ohhhh... those socks look so beautiful & comfy & I'm definitely going to have to try & find me some Koigu KPPPM! What a beautiful gift wrapper you are!! Wanna come help me finish mine tonight? Mine won't end up even looking HALF as nice!
I'm computer illiterate and therefore I view the new blogger as the enemy and I wish that I'd never changed... sob. If I don't click on the gold box can I have what's inside? Hey, it was worth a try. Actually, I couldn't refrain from clicking on it, the socks are beeauutiful!
Those are lovely!!! I am glad that the blogger let you switch over to beta. It was a bit tricky, but it does seem to work a whole lot better! I got your LOVELY card in the mail and felt so honored to receive a handmade card (which came out too cute)!
Have a wonderful Christmas with Pea! :)
Good luck with the holiday knitting! Have a wonderful Christmas!
Yes, I've made a mess of Fetching myself, they have been the ultimate Chrtistmas knitting project...
The socks are gorgeous, but I am major sucker for Koigu. Did you magic loop them? Nice work!
I must say I LOVE those fetching mitts! Where is the pattern from? sorry if you've said it before.. bad memory. They look wonderful! I hope you had a good Christmas!(and finished your list with time to spare)
Okay, now I'm scared! What does the Blogger upgrade do to your template? Did they change the editing thing? I haven't upgraded yet, being the suspicious person that I am, and now I'm definitely leery...
Hope you guys are having a great holiday!!!
I love them!
Hope you are having a great holiday season!
