IT'S A BOY!!!!

Okay, the new mom and I were wrong about the girl . . . .but who cares!!!! Camden arrived about an hour ago via an emergency c-section, weighing in at 4 lbs, 7 oz. He and mom are both doing just fine, and brother Zachary is thrilled the have a little brother (he did not want a sister). And there is now a baby to gift Baby Raglan to!!!

Thank you all for your sweet comments and reassurances. Obviously your thoughts and prayers worked like a charm. I'm off to knit some soft blue things, shop for more baby yarn, and plan a trip to New Hampshire to see them all!! (I do have e-mails to answer, but I think I'm too excited to give them the attention they deserve. Please forgive me if I put them off for one more day??)

Another boy! Double trouble! How very wonderful! Congratulations! It is great news that the baby is doing well. What a tiny tot. And, of course this IS the most perfect excuse to buy new yarn.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU AND THE NEW MOM, DAD AND BIG BROTHER! There was definatley a reason that the Baby Raglan came out on your FO week don't you think? lol I am so happy to hear that all are doing well and that everything turned out ok. I can't think of a better excuse for buying yarn - I was actually trying to figure out what the best kind of baby yarn to use for a baby being born in Arizona in the summer! lol No wool needed ;)
Have a wonderful Sunday, Karen and congratulations again :)

Camden is such a great name. Over 1800 grams is wonderful too. Give the momma my congratulations. She must be a wonderful friend if you are this happy for her!

Yahoo!!! How exciting! Have you seen him yet? I bet he is just teeny tiny, at only 4 lbs. Won't it be nice to give baby raglan to someone you actually like? ;-)
