Phew

The cards and packages were sent, the baking was all finished, the wrapping was done and the tree is up!

We had a quiet dinner at my parent's house, which was great since I ended up with a bad cold and a fever. Charlie and I spent most of the afternoon curled up sleeping on Mom's couch. (Yes, Charlie was invited for Christmas dinner too, although Mom still bristles when I call him her grandson!! Which makes me do it all the more.)

And, just in time, the Christmas knitting all got finished. Click each photo for more details.

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday too!

I hope you're better. How sweet that Charlie was invited too. It's wonderful how he's become a part of your family so completely. Your knitting looks wonderful, as always. Cute Christmas pillows too.

Love the dry mop cover, would that work for washing too?!

Sorry you were sick but it sounds like you managed to have a good holiday anyway. Hope you're feeling better! And my parents actually aren't too bad when I talk about their grandkitty. Then again, they know they aren't getting the two footed kind so I think they just had to get over it. ;)

Congrats on completing all your holiday knitting in time. It must because you were knitting one object a month during the year. I'm thinking that was a brilliant idea!
