because they are so close to being finished, this is probably my only chance!
After finishing Amused a few weeks ago, I was looking for something fast and fun to knit. Socks are fun. Socks in worsted weight yarn are fast and fun!! So I pulled out one of my treasured skeins of Artyarns Handpaint Stripe and cast on. The other pair I've knit from this yarn is one of my favorite pairs of socks and is holding up really well despite all of the wear they are getting. I'm planning to finish this pair up today so I can wear them on a day of fun planned for Saturday. But more about that tomorrow.
P.S. Yes, I do plan to include K.C. in just about every knitting picture I can. *grin*

Those look like fun and cozy socks! And I really love your kitty.
IM making quick socks in worsted too! Great great minds think so alike.
KC looks purrfect in every post.
She's so cute, why wouldn't you include her??? Nice socks! I have to cast on for a new pair as I have no take along knitting for all my upcoming softball and lacrosse games! I'll have to look into these patterns. Need something easy, but not boring...
Whyever would you post a photo without KC? :) Nice socks!
Almost done! :) KC is guarding them well ;)
KC is so cute! Although I can't really tell what she thinks of the socks. I think they look very soft and squooshy.
i LOVE the colour of those sockies!!!
The socks are very pretty. Of course you have to include KC in your knitting pictures. I'd be vexed indeed if you didn't.
Lovely colors! I just finished my own first pair of socks.
Wow, I love these! :o) Hahaha...KC seems to look "thrilled" about the socks. Tee-hee.
